Surface Unmanned Boat

Overview

The BlueBoat unmanned boat has a high cost performance ratio and uses the open-source BlueOS firmware. It is easy to expand and is an ideal platform for surface search and rescue and hydrological measurement.

BlueBoat can be folded and stored during transportation, and can be unfolded when used in water. The clever design not only gives BlueBoat a sturdy frame, but also a compact size, making the device more convenient to use. The hull has reserved sufficient space for load installation, with an effective load capacity of up to 15kg, which can accommodate more underwater sensors and even forward looking sonar for water area detection or water quality investigation.

Equipment features

1、Automated control

BlueBoat has two functional modes, one is to control the movement of the unmanned boat through manual mode, and the other is to control the movement of the unmanned boat through automatic mode. In automatic mode, unmanned boats can perform path planning and perform waypoint tracking or position maintenance through their own GPS. The implementation of automatic mode only requires dragging and dropping task plans on the upper computer. The automatic mode enables complex tasks to be completed in just a few minutes. If the communication between the unmanned boat and the main engine is lost, it can still automatically return.

2、Ultra long battery life

BlueBoat reserves enough space to carry more loads, so it can achieve longer endurance of unmanned boats by adding batteries. Even if an unmanned boat carries a battery, it can last for 9 hours and have a range of up to 30km. Of course, long-distance endurance requires unmanned boats to connect to 4G communication or satellite communication, and these tedious modifications do not need to be done personally. You can contact the manufacturer at any time to upgrade for you.

3、Convenient transportation, sturdy and durable

At the beginning of its design, BlueBoat adopted a dual body design, which not only provides stronger maneuverability and speed. At the same time, the catamaran can quickly fold and fold, making the transportation of the entire ship more convenient. The size of the BlueBoat placed in water is 120 x 93 x 46 cm. After folding, the length of the BlueBoat remains unchanged, with a width of 71cm and a height of 24cm. The volume has been reduced by half, making it more convenient to place in the car trunk. In addition, BlueBoat adopts a non ducted propeller, combined with the special shape design of the hull itself, which can push away weeds and plastic waste in the water, making the whole ship suitable for even more harsh environments.
